Standard Bank Learnership Standard Bank Learnership is a programme that helps unemployed South African matriculants and graduates gain employment experience in the financial services industry. This learnership is a 12-month programme providing professional exposure to different roles within Standard Bank branches and offices throughout South Africa. It is a great learnership opportunity for those looking to start a career in the banking sector. On the program you will gain valuable work experience, including time management and how to work within a team. Successful candidates will be selected based on specific qualifications and requirements and will sign a 12-month fixed-term employment and learnership contract. The learnership recipients will be given learner allowance of R2 500 a month for the duration of their programme. Upon successful completion of the learnership programme, candidates will receive an accredited National Certificate in Banking (NQF level 4). Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality was officially declared on January 21, 2010, from the former name Greater Marble Hall Local Municipality. The local municipality is located in the Cultural Heartland of the Sekhukhune District, Limpopo Province, in South Africa. The municipality name was based after Ephraim Mogale who is a freedom gallant, a combatant for life and a patriot to the end. SEDISA Trust was established in 2010 to help previously disadvantaged young women of colour by funding their tertiary education. The Trust also supports students to enhance their lives as young South African women. The objective of the Trust is to help previously disadvantaged young women of colour to continue their tertiary education. The young women that the trust support would not have had a chance to study further without the Trust. Through the financial funding of these students, it will be made sure that they are able to obtain a tertiary qualification. This does not only help them with their studies but this will also help them support the trust holder’s family since the trust covers tuition, accommodation and books expenses. The Trust also provides the grantees an opportunity to improve their lives as young South African women. SEDISA Trust introduces motivations to the grantees that even though things may seem tough and difficult at times, giving up is not a solution, which is in line with the Trust’s quote: “No one knows what the future holds and your opportunity may just be around the corner.”

Haw & Inglis was founded in 1984 and a multi-disciplinary construction company providing infrastructure solutions specializing in road construction and rehabilitation. Haw & Inglis has become one of the leading contractors operating in South Africa. Haw & Inglis Bursaries Grade 10 students at Universities, Universities of Techology or CETA Learnerships who excel in both Mathematics and Science are invited to apply for the Haw & Inglis bursary. The students must pursue studies in Civil and Building Construction Industry to be considered. Upon graduation, grantees are required to work for the company for at least a year. Successful candidates will be financially supported to study Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Science at a University or University of Technology. Bursaries are awarded according to academic excellence and the requirements of the various recognized institutions.
